Slovenia's official trend comes from SURS (the Statistical Office) and the GURS property registry, and is also in Eurostat. The per square meter figures here are sold (transaction) prices for existing apartments from the GURS annual report. For the coast, the alpine area and the Kranj area, GURS reports a region rather than a single city, noted on each card.
Ljubljana, at about 5,050 EUR per square meter, then the coast around Koper and the alpine area around Bled. Maribor and Celje are the most affordable here.
These are sold (transaction) prices from the official GURS property registry, not listing prices.
