Greece is not in the Eurostat House Price Index. The official trend comes from the Bank of Greece apartment price index, built from bank valuations at mortgage stage covering actual transactions, which rose about 7.7 percent nationally over the year to Q3 2025. The per square meter figures here are asking prices from the main portals (Spitogatos and Indomio), clearly labeled, with the Bank of Greece official trend named alongside.
Of these six, Paros and Santorini are the priciest, around 4,800 to 5,000 EUR per square meter asking, while Rhodes and Corfu are the most affordable, near 2,400 to 2,600. These are asking prices.
Rhodes and Chania (Crete) showed the strongest growth, both above 20 percent over the year on asking prices, while Santorini was roughly flat.
No. They are asking prices from Indomio and Spitogatos. Greece has no official per-island sold-price index, and final prices are usually a little below asking.
